The Booking Process is as Easy as 1. 2. 3.

  • 1. Create an Account

    Create an account in my specialized client portal. With this portal you will be able to see your dogs schedule, receive invoices, and stay UTD on new and exciting things happen in the business.

    2. Fill Out Profile

    You will have your very own private profile dedicated to you and your dog. In your profile you will be able to update you and your dogs information. So that you and I can stay on the same page about any changes. Your profile also has a questionnaire so that I can get to know both you and your dog before our trial day.

    3. Trial Day

    Trial days are conducted on a regular pack day. It’s best if you’re home for the first day, but it is not required. I will keep you updated throughout the trial with pictures and videos to help put your mind at ease while your dog is out for their first fun adventure. After the trial day is success, we will then set you up for a recurring day.

Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

  • I always give clients a 1 1/2 hour window, as to puffer for the unexpected happening, like a flat tire or traffic.

    My morning pick up window is from

    9:00am-10:30am

  • I give a 2 hour drop off window. It is between 12-2. It all just really depends on weather and where we decide to walk that day.

    Before drop off I always be sure your dog had water and went to the bathroom before returning them

  • We always take the weather into account when walking. So that plays a big factor in to how long of a walk we do. On average we walk 3-5 miles.

  • No. You do not need to be home. Although I do ask on the first day you are home. After that you can give me the door code, spare key, or let me know the best way to access your pup.

  • YES! Your dog will have complete access to water while not only traveling in the vans but I also carry water and collapsible dog bowls on our walks

  • The Core Vaccines. Canine parvovirus, distemper, canine hepatitis and rabies. I also recommend the Canine Flu Vaccination and Bordetella and Lyme.

  • Yes! As long as it is safe to do so. If their is downpours, high wind advisory’s or flash flooding, then I do cancel walks as its not safe.

  • I take up to 12 dogs. But most of the dogs in my pack have been doing it for years. That way they can help train the new dog and I can focus more on communicating with the newbie

  • I take dogs as young as 6 months that are fully vaccinated. And already have a start on walking on a leash. I usually recommend once a week then as your pup grows we can add more days.

  • Yes I do worth with reactive dogs. As long as they do not show aggression, and do not redirect their excitement onto me or the other pack dogs.

  • Yes! I have no problem going inside and retrieving your dog from their crate. Also at drop off I will be sure they go to the bathroom and have had water before returning them to the crate

  • Nope. I supply all my own gear and leashes. All I require is that your dog have a regular collar on that fit properly and has an UTD Tag on it with your information.

  • Yes! Your client profile has a lot of information that I need to know, if you have more questions before you start the onboard process please reach out via phone or email.
